This is the first time I’ve joined Dan’s Thursday Doors challenge, but it seemed to make sense, as I do love a good door. These are from Old Parliament House in Canberra.

I included some doorways and arches that I think are indicative of the 1920s.



Of course, all this is from the rear of the building, rarely seen unless you’re passing from one Garden to the other.
The garden door –

While the front door and inside doors are very grand, but just as dated.


Dan’s challenge is fun. He is such a cool host too. I like your door gallery, especially the arches 😀 😀

I’m really fond of the 1920s/30s buildings. They remind me of my grandparents’ place and I can picture such a different time.
