Chrysanthemums are blooming in Adelaide and are just everywhere for Mother’s Day and other reasons to give and receive flowers.
So they feature a lot in the two bunches of flowers I was given lately, in relation to my aunt, who believed that flowers belonged in the garden.
But I think the joy of a picked bunch, sitting on the windowsill or table, is that each time you look at it you discover something new,

I love to have flowers in the house but our garden is small and my husband, who is the gardener, prefers to keep what he grows outside, so I buy them!
