I have seen a groundcover grevillea in a Cornish garden, most unusual.

They really are quite different and yet beautiful. Also called spider plant, perhaps due to those long ‘feelers’. I’m surprised there was one in the UK as they’re an Australian native. About 360 varieties, I believe.

We have a lot of Australian, New Zealand and South African plants here in Cornwall. It’s quite a mild climate with little frost. Usually!
