The last photo on my Samsung S20FE, for Bush Boy’s challenge, doesn’t look like the last day of Summer.
I had left a friend’s place, 15 minutes away, high and dry. This was the view through the screen of my back door, and when I sent it she still had no rain. Ah, plains living!

I hope it doesn’t get worse than that. It sounds awful what’s happening with all the flooding there.

Yes. People are confident it will abate but I can’t believe the courage of those who had drought, then covid, fires, flood and, oh another flood. Country folk have extraordinary resilience.

Hopefuuly the effects of El Nina will start to abate & things get back to some semblance of normality 🤞

In a short time, and in the driest state of Australia, yes. El Nina has brought so many storms this year. Some other states have record flooding, so we can’t complain.
