Trees with wet feet

In many parts of the world, and Australia is no exception, the building of dams and other changes to the natural water course, results in many trees being flooded and they die. The ghostly outlines of what remains stretch as far as the eye can see, accusing fingers pointing to the sky.

These trees are part of Becky’s square challenge.
