What are these?

I’ve got a pretty puzzle.

I passed these pots in a garden and thought they were amazing. My first thought was some kind of chrysanthemums, due to the leaf. If you know what they are, please let me know.

We’re in winter, here, if that helps.

It’s not clematis….that is all I know. Clematis is actually a flowering vine. 😀 Beautiful photos.

Thanks for that. It took me a bit to work it out, but I think the flower is clematis or phlox. Super!
