Each year, from mid-Feb to mid-March, Adelaide hosts the second largest Fringe festival in the world. In 2018 this included a Parade of Light. I’ll select some for Becky’s pen-ultimate challenge day.
beginning with lighted trees near outdoor eating

then projections against heritage buildings
And ending with laser lights through dry-ice clouds.

I didn’t realise the Adelaide Fringe Festival was that large. That last photo is interesting. Dry ice clouds?

They use dry ice and fans to create the ‘fog’ that sits over your head (or on your head for those of us who are tall) and laser lights to colour them. The colours change slowly. It’s like being in a Sci fi movie.

Wow, fantastic pics, Karen 👏 Love the projection ones, particularly the one on the church 😁

Thank you, Jez. Really must take my camera in future and be prepared for the unexpected. The phone doesn’t always meet my expectations.
