A flower with no name

I shot this in Tasmania, but can’t find its name for the life of me.

Let me know if you can give it a name, please.

I believe that this is the orchid Masdevallia veitchiana

If the leaves in the background belongs to the flowers, I think it is some kind of orchid. It´s beautiful!

I’m pretty sure it is a type of orchid. I have seen them in the Longwood Gardens Conservatory Orchid Room. I hope this helps you on your search for a name. It’s beautiful.
