In Australia, green means water. It is like a flag to signify health, wealth and prosperity. Each State and Territory, bar Tasmania, which I’m told is ALL green (so I’ll have to go and find out) has some kind of green area. It could be a rainforest, market garden area, low spot, high spot or just on the rain belt.
For the driest continent, I think it IS easy being green – with envy.
So I entered the weekly photo challenge and remembered we even have green butterflies in Kununurra.
